Lisa Plitnick
Instructor
Lisa Plitnick grew up in a family passionate about obedience training, learning early on that good training skills are just as valuable in everyday life as they are in competition.
Although she discovered agility later, it quickly became one of her favorite activities with her Springer Spaniels, Ruby and Rose. What started as a way for Lisa and Ruby to get out of the house after COVID soon became something they both loved. When Rose joined the family, she fit right into their growing agility team.
Lisa primarily competes in CPE, where her Springers have earned C-ATCH and C-ATCH 2 titles. She also competes in USDAA and UKI.
Lisa is excited to introduce new handlers and their dogs to agility, as well as help experienced handlers develop their young dogs. Her approach emphasizes patience, encouragement, and building a strong partnership between dog and handler. Above all, she believes training should be fun for both ends of the leash!
