Caitlin Puskas
Instructor
Caitlin’s agility journey began at 19 years old with her first dog, Kyara the pug—and she’s been hooked ever since! With over 13 years of experience in the sport, she has trained and competed with dogs of all shapes and sizes, from Shelties to Border Collies. Today, her focus is on her retired Sheltie, Teak, and her two young Border Collies, Percy and Risky.
Over the past decade, Caitlin has made it her mission to learn everything she can about agility. Each year, she hones her skills by attending seminars with top U.S. and international judges and competitors. In 2024, her dedication and expertise earned her the title of UKI Judge—a role that has sharpened her technical eye and deepened her ability to help teams achieve their goals.
Caitlin believes that every dog-and-handler team is unique. Her individualized approach blends patience, positivity, and a touch of humor, creating an encouraging and effective learning environment. Known for her strong attention to detail, she excels at identifying subtle challenges and helping teams—from beginners to advanced competitors—find clarity and confidence on the course.
