Description

Treibball, also known as “Urban Herding”, is a dog sport invented in Germany over 10 years ago by Dutchman Jan Nijboer. The ultimate object of the game is to get your dog to push 8 different balls (think human exercise balls) into a goal while the handler stays in a set area. The dog takes directions on which ball to push into the goal. There is usually a 15 minute time limit to get the job done. In our Intermediate Treibball class, we’ll teach you and your dog the intermediate behaviors needed to drive 8 balls across a field into a net under your direction.  Completion of Intro to Treibball, or instructor's approval, is required for taking this class.
